Meeting Notes
The Machine Knitters of Pensacola, Florida met at Ryan's Steakhouse December 2, 2006, with Von, Barbara, Ann, Karen, Dianne, Jean in attendance. Sakuyo Bartram of Panama City joined us for the first time and says she'll be joining us often. Thanks go to Ryan's for a wonderful meal!
Karen Hughes led a discussion of topics that the members want to cover in 2007. We'll be covering everything from buttonholes and elastics to cut-and-sew and raglan-sleeve design. Thank you, Karen, for all your help!
Karen also collected premie baby blankets from the knitters. The blankets will be presented to Ronald McDonald house, which will make sure that they are distributed.
January's meeting is January 6, at the Milton Library. Von will be demonstrating adding elastics to your knitting.
